Earl F. Zinn was a 1920's graduate of Clark University located in Massachusetts. While at Clark University Mr. Zinn studied with noted psychologist G. Stanley Hall. From 1921-1929 he served as Executive Secretary of a committee for the American Social Hygene Association. He was also a member of the National Research Council Committee.
